No. Sessions are 1:1 and shaped to your body, breath and current state — beginners and long-time practitioners are equally welcome.

What style of yoga is taught?+

Classical hatha and pranayama, sequenced to your dosha and to what your nervous system needs that day. Not a class — a prescription.

How is this different from a yoga holiday?+

Yoga sits inside a full Ayurvedic protocol: pulse-led intake, daily therapy, dosha-balanced meals, herbs and rest — not a packed group timetable.

How many sessions per day?+

Usually one yoga or pranayama session in the morning and an evening wind-down practice, alongside your therapy and rest.

How long are the retreats?+

Most guests stay 3, 5 or 7 nights. Longer Panchakarma + yoga stays run 10–14 nights.
