Yoga Retreat · Dangar Island, 1 hr from Sydney
One-to-one yoga and pranayama, sequenced to your dosha and current state, inside a full Ayurvedic protocol with Dr. Nikhila Venugopal.
The value
Pranayama and slow asana to settle a wired, exhausted system.
Targeted yoga nidra and breath work for guests who can't switch off.
Therapeutic sequences shaped around long-desk bodies.
Practices supporting cycle, perimenopause and thyroid patterns.
Gentle sequencing as part of a 3–6 month pre-conception protocol.
You leave with a written, dosha-specific home practice — not a memory of a class.

What's included
Yoga as therapy — built around your body, breath and dosha, not a fixed class schedule.

Your practitioner
A qualified Ayurvedic Doctor, certified Marma Specialist and classical pulse diagnostician. Every session is personally led by Nikhila — a women-centered practice where women are treated by women, never handed off to a male therapist.

FAQ
No. Sessions are 1:1 and shaped to your body, breath and current state — beginners and long-time practitioners are equally welcome.
Classical hatha and pranayama, sequenced to your dosha and to what your nervous system needs that day. Not a class — a prescription.
Yoga sits inside a full Ayurvedic protocol: pulse-led intake, daily therapy, dosha-balanced meals, herbs and rest — not a packed group timetable.
Usually one yoga or pranayama session in the morning and an evening wind-down practice, alongside your therapy and rest.
Most guests stay 3, 5 or 7 nights. Longer Panchakarma + yoga stays run 10–14 nights.
