The value

What this treatment changes for you.

Burnout & sleep

Rebuild a frayed nervous system with structured rest, oleation and rhythm — not just a weekend off.

Hormonal reset

Cycle, perimenopause and thyroid patterns mapped and addressed at the root.

Post-illness recovery

Rasayana protocols for long-COVID, post-viral fatigue and convalescence.

Fertility preparation

3 to 6-month pre-conception care for women and men, rooted in classical Ayurveda.

Digestive healing

IBS, bloating and food sensitivities addressed through agni and dosha — not elimination diets.

True quiet

A car-free island with no traffic, no rush — the conditions healing actually requires.

Ayurvedic herbs, oils and brass vessels

FAQ

Common questions.

How is this different from a spa weekend?+

Every retreat begins with a full Ayurvedic medical intake — pulse, dosha and history — and treatments are prescribed to you, not chosen from a menu. You leave with a written health blueprint, not just a memory of a massage.

How long are the retreats?+

Most guests stay 3, 5 or 7 nights. Classical Panchakarma protocols are longer (10–14 nights). A free 30-minute consultation helps us recommend the right length for your goals.

Who is it for?+

Burnout, sleep and anxiety, perimenopause, fertility prep, post-illness recovery, or anyone wanting a proper reset away from screens and city noise.

What's included?+

Accommodation, all dosha-balanced meals, daily 1:1 therapies, herbal medicines, daily check-ins with Nikhila and your written take-home plan.

How do I get there?+

A 50-minute train from Sydney Central to Hawkesbury River station, then a 7-minute ferry. We coordinate arrivals — no car required.
