Your practitioner
A qualified Ayurvedic Doctor, certified Marma Specialist and visionary wellness guide. Her clinical work is anchored in Nadi Chikitsa (pulse diagnosis), classical Hatha Yoga and Manasa Chikitsa (mind-body psychology) — and woven with music therapy and live Bansuri sound for therapies that move both tension and emotion.
Every retreat plan at Dangar Island is written and supervised by Nikhila herself. This is a women-centered practice — women are treated by women, with every therapy delivered by female hands.

No. Many guests come for prevention, stress recovery, sleep, fertility prep, postnatal care, or simply a deep reset.
Accommodation is booked separately through hand-picked Airbnbs we recommend. All treatments, consultations and meals happen on-site at the retreat centre.
A 3-day immersive. We recommend at least 5–7 days if you're recovering from burnout, hormonal imbalance or illness.
