Panchakarma is the classical Ayurvedic five-action cleanse — a structured program of preparatory oleation, sweating, and gentle elimination therapies that clears accumulated toxins (ama) and resets digestion, sleep and energy.
We offer 7, 14 and 21-day programs. Length is matched to your constitution, current health and how deep a reset you can hold. Most first-time guests choose 7 or 14 days.
Yes — when supervised by a qualified Ayurvedic doctor. Every program is built after pulse diagnosis and a full medical intake. Therapies are dosed daily based on how your body responds.
Panchakarma asks for stillness. Most guests step away from work fully, especially in the middle phase. Light reading and short calls are fine in the early and integration days.
