FAQ

Common questions.

What is Marma therapy?+

Marma points are 107 vital energy junctions where muscle, nerve, vessel and joint converge. Gentle, precise stimulation of these points unblocks energy (prana) and shifts physical and emotional patterns.

How is it different from acupressure?+

Marma is older than acupuncture and uses different point locations and oil-based techniques. It is always performed in the context of full Ayurvedic diagnosis — pulse, dosha and history.

What is Marma therapy good for?+

Chronic pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, jaw tension, headaches, hormonal disruption, anxiety, trauma residue, post-surgical recovery and unexplained fatigue.

Does it hurt?+

No. Marma is gentle. The depth of release comes from precision and the body's response — not from pressure.

How many sessions?+

Acute issues often shift in 1–3 sessions. Chronic or trauma-pattern work usually unfolds over a series of 5–7 sessions.
