How do I get to Dangar Island?+

50-minute train from Sydney Central to Hawkesbury River station, then a 7-minute ferry. We coordinate ferry timing with your arrival — no car needed.

What does a day look like here?+

Sunrise yoga or pranayama, a 1:1 therapy session, a dosha-balanced meal, rest, an afternoon walk along the foreshore, evening check-in and an early night.

Is the retreat private?+

Yes. Small numbers, 1:1 therapies and a private consultation each day. You will not share treatments with strangers.
